Only unworn, unwashed, and unaltered clothing items with original tags and packaging are eligible for exchange.
Exchange Procedure:
1. Contact our customer service team within 30 days of your original purchase date to initiate the exchange process.
- Provide your order number, item description, and reason for the exchange.

2. Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with further instructions, including a return shipping label (if applicable).
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging or a suitable alternative. Include a copy of the original invoice or packing slip.
4. Attach the provided return shipping label (if applicable) and ship the package back to us.
Inspection and Approval:
1. Upon receipt of the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.
2. If the item meets the criteria, we will process the exchange and send you a confirmation email with the details of the new item.
Exchange Options:
1. Size Exchange: If the requested size is available, we will ship it to you promptly. If not, we will offer an alternative size or style based on availability.
Exceptions:
1. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will provide instructions for returning the item and arrange for a replacement.
2. Final Sale Items: Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for exchange.
